Leadership
Charmayne Brown, BCBA, is the Director of Behavior Services of Texas, LLC. Charmayne completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and her master’s at Montana State University, Billings.
Charmayne's journey in behavioral health began in 2003 as a Mental Health intern for Butte County Behavioral Health's Homeless Emergency Runway Effort program. Today, she serves as the Director of Behavioral Services of Texas, LLC. With extensive clinical experience across various settings—including in-home, community, day-habilitation programs, hospitals, and schools—Charmayne has supported individuals who have experienced traumatic events such as natural disasters, poverty, homelessness, food insecurity, abuse, loss of loved ones, and mental health crises.
Her expertise extends to working with diverse special populations:
Children with co-morbid diagnoses (medical and developmental)
Adults with various disabilities (medical and developmental)
Geriatric clients
Charmayne is passionate about driving positive change and values the opportunity to work side-by-side with Texas educators and students.
